Christie is an Administrative Assistant with Matthews Private Wealth. She became a member of our team in 2024, bringing with her several years of experience in public accounting taxation services. Her role includes handling client inquiries, meeting coordination and preparation, along with multiple administrative duties. 

Outside of her professional life, Christie is a proud hockey Mom who cherishes spending quality time with her husband and family.

Debb began working in financial services at an early age, while still in high school. Right after graduating from Conestoga College in 2005, she started in her role as Paco’s Executive Assistant and has been working with him ever since. 

"I have a strong relationship with our clients and I enjoy seeing them realize their financial goals," Debb says. 

She takes pride in customizing how she communicates with each client and her financial service expertise and exceptional organizational skills ensure she responds to clients quickly, efficiently and is always happy to help. 

When not at work, Debb also assists her husband in running a successful construction business. She is the proud mother of four and dedicates much of her free time to her children’s hockey teams. She is most likely to be found at the arena or enjoying the great outdoors next to a campfire.

Ana focuses on working with clients on their life insurance requirements. Together, she ensures that clients are being provided with the appropriate coverages needed for their current and long-term needs. Other duties include handling client inquires, maintaining client relationships and other administrative duties for our clients. 

Ana has been in financial services industry for over 36 years. Prior to joining Matthews Private Wealth, her previous roles have provided her with the knowledge and experience in dealing with individuals, executives and corporations with respect to their estate and corporate insurance needs. Ana has been Life Licensed for over 27 years and is able to provide Life Insurance, Disability and Critical Illness Insurance. 

Ana enjoys spending quality time with their grandson Jaxon, as well as family and friends.
